This soup has lots of flavor in it and just a little bit of spice. Nothing crazy so if you love spicy soups (me!), add some more at the end! I like to make meals a little less spicy and then spice them up on my own. It works better when you have multiple people to do that so everyone can be happy!
An easy 6 ingredient avocado egg salad recipe that is mayo free! If you haven’t liked egg salad in the past, try this recipe. I think the flavor of it is less egg-y than regular egg salad. Lots of flavor still though. It’s the perfect healthy meal prep lunch because you don’t need to reheat it!
This Greek inspired spicy chickpea salad is the easiest healthy meal! Ready in less than 10 minutes plus it requires no cooking and no reheating. Lots of veggies and protein in this meal! I love to make this for lunch because it’s so low maintenance.
