Meal Prepped Turkey Pesto Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 package of turkey ( I used @applegate)
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup pesto (I used 2 tbsp on each tortilla)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (I used @kitehillfoods & used 2 tbsp on each tortilla)
- Lettuce
Method
On one half of the tortilla, add 2 tbsp cream cheese.
On the other half, add 2 tbsp pesto
Make sure you leave at least 1/3 of your tortilla with only cream cheese so it rolls up well!
On the pesto side, add 1 slice of cheese cut in half, lettuce, & turkey
This made 4!
