Mimosa Sangria

A fun and easy twist on the classic mimosa! An easy way to make a big batch of mimosas for a crowd too! Would be perfect for an upcoming brunch 🥂🍾

Ingredients

1 bottle Pinot Grigio or other light white wine

1 bottle Prosecco or champagne, chilled

3 cups Orange juice

½ cup strawberries sliced

2 oranges orange sliced

Method

Wash and cut fruit.

Add strawberries & orange slices to a pitcher. 

Press the fruit lightly with back of a spoon to help release more flavor.

Optional: Let sit, chilled, for at least 30 minutes.

Then add the champagne/prosecco.

Then pour in the orange juice. 

Stir gently with a spoon.

Serve and enjoy!
