Ingredients
1 lb gluten free pasta (I used @eatbanza)Â
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup mushrooms, choppedÂ
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup spinachÂ
4 cups pasta sauce of choiceÂ
Spices:
1 tsp garlic powderÂ
1 tbsp Italian seasoningÂ
1 tsp saltÂ
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 400F
Boil a pot over water over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set asideÂ
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil + ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is brownedÂ
Add chopped mushrooms, onions, & spinach + spicesÂ
SautĂ© 4-5 minutesÂ
Add marinara sauce and bring the pan to a simmerÂ
Add the pasta + 1 cup mozzarella cheeseÂ
Stir togetherÂ
Transfer to a casserole dish
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake for 25 minutesÂ
Serve and enjoy!Â
