These vegan oat flour waffles are the perfect plant based, healthy breakfast. They’re simple to make and the add in options are limitless! I topped mine with maple syrup and caramelized bananas, probably my favorite waffle or pancake topping combo. If you haven’t tried caramelized bananas yet, I couldn’t recommend more! They take less than a minute to make and taste like a dessert. Perfect on waffles, pancakes, toast, yogurt bowls, etc.
I used oat flour as the base of these waffles because it’s affordable and you can easily make it at home. Just add oats to a food processor and blend into a fine flour.
What You Need:
oat flour
almond milk
cashew butter
maple syrup
vegan vanilla protein
cinnamon
vanilla extract
apple cider vinegar
arrowroot flour
baking powder
Recipe Tips:
You can make these waffles in either a mini waffle maker or a regular waffle maker. Just make sure to grease it well! Also if the batter is too thick, add a little dairy free milk to thin it out.
Hope you enjoy these vegan oat flour waffles!
