You can enjoy this shake on its own but I love adding some toppings. To make it feel more like a shamrock shake, add some crushed oreos on top and some almond milk whipped cream!

Vegan Shamrock Shake
Easy vegan shamrock shake. You only need 6 ingredients to make this recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup vegan vanilla ice cream
Handful of spinach (can add more to enhance the color)
2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 frozen bananas
1 cup vegan milk of choice
Method
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more spinach to make your shake greener!
Topped with almond milk whipped cream and Oreos.
