Ingredients
2 cups frozen watermelonÂ
1 tbsp honeyÂ
½ tbsp lime juiceÂ
1 tsp lime zest
Method
Cut watermelon into spearsÂ
Freeze 4 hrs- overnightÂ
Use a cheese grater and shave the watermelon into a bowlÂ
Top with honey, lime juice, and lime zest!Â
