I finally made this Viral Watermelon Shaved Ice! 🍉 It’s made with just 3 ingredients, and it tastes like something you’d get from a snow cone stand. I am OBSESSED and I think it was worth grating the watermelon; it’s an extra step but seriously makes this shaved ice texture perfect. I promise it tastes different than just regular watermelon! There is nothing better on a hot summer day than watermelon or shaved ice, and this recipe is the best of both worlds. It’s healthy with just 3 ingredients. Ingredients

2 cups frozen watermelon 

1 tbsp honey 

½ tbsp lime juice 

1 tsp lime zest

Method

Cut watermelon into spears 

Freeze 4 hrs- overnight 

Use a cheese grater and shave the watermelon into a bowl 

Top with honey, lime juice, and lime zest!Â
