1 lb Boars Head FireSmith Flame Grilled ChickenÂ
4 bunsÂ
4 slices of white cheddarÂ
Apple slaw:
1 bag of coleslawÂ
2 apples, shreddedÂ
2 tbsp lemon juiceÂ
Honey mustard:
1/4 cup mayoÂ
1/4 cup dijon mustardÂ
1/4 cup honey
Method
In a bowl, mix together the slaw ingredientsÂ
In another bowl, mix together the honey mustard ingredientsÂ
Preheat oven to 375FÂ
Line a pan with parchment paperÂ
Assemble your sandwichesÂ
Add a thin layer on honey mustard, then layer on the @boarshead chickenÂ
Top with white cheddarÂ
Bake for 8-10 minutesÂ
Add the apple slaw and your sandwiches are complete!
