What You Need For This Recipe:
Cooked Bacon
Pecans
Feta
Apples
Greens of Choice
Maple Syrup
Lemon
Olive Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Recipe Tips:
If you make this salad for meal prep, squeeze a little lemon on the apples so they don’t go brown. Also- don’t add the dressing on until you are ready to eat. It prevents the salad from getting soggy.
Easy salads are always my go to for the holidays. They don’t take much time and are hard to mess up haha. That’s exactly what I need in a recipe that I have the pressure of knowing everyone will eat it. Even though I love to bake and cook- it still gets intimidating cooking for loved ones!
I love this salad recipe and it will definitely be an easy go to lunch for the fall and winter! Hope you love it as much as I do! Enjoy this maple bacon pecan salad!
