Paleo and Gluten Free Gingerbread Pancakes
Start a winter weekend off with these gingerbread pancakes and you won’t be disappointed! They are the perfect healthier breakfast to start your day with. These would be so delicious on Christmas morning or just a slow Saturday morning. I always make pancakes on either Saturday or Sunday because they are my favorite! What You Need For This Recipe:
Eggs
Banana
Almond Flour
Coconut Sugar
Ginger
Cinnamon
Molasses
Ground Cloves
Nutmeg
Baking Powder

8 mini pancakes 1x
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
- Heat a skillet over low medium heat
- In a bowl, Whisk the eggs
- then mash the banana
- add in everything else!
- Mix everything together.
- Add a little oil or butter to a skillet, make mini pancakes because they’re easier to flip!
- Cook for about 2 mins, flip, cook 1-2 more.
- Makes 8 mini pancakes!
- Topped with butter and pure maple syrup!
