Vegan Cookie Dough Bites

These vegan cookie dough bites are also gluten free and paleo. I like to prep them for the week ahead for easy snacks and desserts! They just stay in the fridge so you can grab one whenever that chocolate craving hits. The flavor of these bites is versatile so you can add in whatever you want! If you like white chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc. Basically anything you would add into regular cookies, you can add into these cookie dough bites!

What You Need For This Recipe:

Almond Flour

Coconut Flour 

Coconut Sugar 

Almond Milk 

Coconut Oil 



Mini Chocolate Chips

Recipe Tips:

This recipe is super straight forward. Just throw everything into a bowl, mix it together, refrigerate it, then roll the dough into balls! I’m going to list some substitutions I’ve tried. If you try any that aren’t on the list, let me know! I’ll update successful subs from others!

I haven’t tested any other flours.

You can use brown sugar instead of coconut sugar.

You can use any type of milk you want!

For the coconut oil, you can sub melted butter or vegan butter.

Sub any add ins you want for the mini chocolate chips! Whatever your favorite cookie additions are, add them into these vegan cookie dough bites.

Vegan Cookie Dough Bites (gluten free, paleo)


1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Mix everything together in a bowl
  2. Put it in the fridge for an hour, remove
  3. Roll into balls (makes about 10)
  4. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days!
