Strawberry Balsamic Whipped Feta
This strawberry balsamic whipped feta is a delicious and easy appetizer or side dish. Honestly I liked just having it as a snack throughout the week too! I had whipped feta for the first time back in May and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I love the sweet and salty combo of the strawberries and feta too! This recipe has only 5 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make. It’s a must make this summer!
Strawberry Balsamic Topping:
The strawberry balsamic topping is perfection on top of the creamy whipped feta. If you love salty and sweet combos, you will love this! I haven’t tried any other fruit besides strawberries but I can imagine other fruit would taste delicious too! If you try out any other fruit, let me know in the comments!
I paired this strawberry balsamic whipped feta with pita chips but it’s also delicious of toasted bread. I can’t wait to make this for a charcuterie board this fall/winter too!

Strawberry Balsamic Whipped Feta
Strawberry Balsamic Whipped Feta. Whipped feta dip with honey and strawberries. a healthy appetizer perfect for summer!
Ingredients
Feta:
- 8 ounce feta
- 1/2 cup full fat yogurt
Strawberry topping: - 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder
Method
- Heat a pot over medium heat
- Add the chopped strawberries and water
- Let cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add in honey and balsamic
- Let simmer for a few more minutes
- Stir in arrowroot powder and let thicken
- Crumble the feta into a food processor and process for 1 minute
- Then add in Greek yogurt and process until smooth (about 3-4 minutes)
- Then add the strawberries on top
- Enjoy!
