One of my favorite recipes and it only takes 15 minutes to make! I absolutely love this air fryer with honey sriracha salmon. It is perfect paired with cauliflower rice or regular rice. It has an avocado pineapple salsa on top that is versatile so save that recipe to use on a bunch of other recipes! You will want to make this salmon once a week. Not only is it so tasty, you don’t have to turn on your oven.

Ingredients

Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • Salt & pepper

Sweet potato chips:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Burger Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup paleo mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño relish
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Method

Beef:
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. I patted the grease off afterwards.
Sweet potato chips:
Cut the sweet potatoes into chips , add the oil, salt, & pepper.
Air fryer at 400f for 12-14 minutes (start with these)
Burger Sauce:
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl
