Blackberry, Bacon, & Goat Cheese Grilled Cheese
It’s so fun putting a fancy twist on childhood classics! One of my best to date is this blackberry, bacon, & goat cheese grilled cheese. This sandwich is so good- basically gourmet! All of the sweet and savory flavors are delicious together. If you like spicy food, try adding jalapeños to it, too – it gives it an extra kick. You can put this together for an elevated but easy weekday lunch using just a few ingredients. Seriously, you’re gonna love it!

I mean, sandwiches are amazing and so is pizza so why not combine them into one?! I made this in the air fryer but you could make it in the skillet as well!
This chicken caesar salad pizza is one of my favorite pizza combos ever! If you love pizza and you love Caesar salad, you must try this!! It is so simple but so good! I used a premade crust to keep things simple. I also use a premade caesar dressing but you could make your own. I’m going to make a vegan version of this soon!!

Blackberry, bacon, & goat cheese grilled cheese. This sandwich is so good. If you like spicy food, try adding jalapeños to it!
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
1 tbsp butter
2–3 ounces goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup fresh blackberries (about ½ cup), mashed
3–4 slices of cooked bacon
Optional: jalapeños for some spice
Method
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Add the butter when the pan is warm
On one piece of bread, add the cooked bacon
On the other, add the goat cheese & bacon
Combine into a sandwich
Add to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side
Remove, slice, and enjoy!
Makes 1 sandwich
