BBQ Chicken Sliders

I have discovered the perfect summer recipe: BBQ Chicken Sliders! This 4 Ingredient Trader Joe’s Meal will be on repeat all season long. Shredded bbq chicken, broccoli kale slaw, and Hawaiian rolls make the best meal! It couldn’t be any easier, and sliders are always a crowd pleaser. Something about having something in mini form just makes it taste better! These make a great easy dinner or lunch idea, too. You can add other toppings if you want, too. You’ll have to let me know if you make them! 

What You Will Need For This Recipe:

Aloha rolls 

Chicken breasts 

Bbq sauce 

Package of broccoli & kale slaw

20 Minute Chicken Caprese Skillet

This 20 minute chicken caprese skillet is delicious and so easy to make. It requires minimal time and minimal ingredients. Chicken breasts, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, and garlic. I made this after having chicken caprese this past weekend and needed an at home version. I love taking recipes and making them simple and easy. I love fancy recipes but hate the time they normally take .This meal feels fancy but isn’t difficult to make at all!

BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

1 package of aloha rolls 

2 chicken breasts 

3/4 cup bbq sauce 

1/2 package of broccoli & kale slaw

Method

Heat a skillet over medium heat 

Add olive oil/ any oil you have on hand 

Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temp reaches 165 

Preheat oven to 350F 

Cut the aloha rolls in half 

Brush some oil on top 

Bake for about 5 minutes, until they’re a little toasted 

Add the cooked chicken to a bowl and shred 

Add bbq sauce to the chicken & stir 

Add the bbq chicken & slaw to the toasted aloha rolls 

Slice & enjoy!
