Honey & Pistachio Goat Cheese Dip

I’m always looking for easy dishes to bring to last minute get togethers or serve when I have guests over. I love creating recipes that are unique and will be crowd pleasers! This honey & pistachio goat cheese dip hits the mark. It is full of delicious flavors, coming together in just 5 minutes.  And with only 4 ingredients, this gluten free dip couldn’t be simpler. You can dip so many fun things in it, so it’s great for a snack table or charcuterie set up! I used pita chips here.  Let me know what you serve this with. 

What You Will Need: 

Goat cheese

Greek yogurt 

Honey 

Pistachios 

Optional: berries or pomegranate seeds

Ingredients

12 ounces of goat cheese

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 

3 tbsp honey 

1/4 cup crushed pistachios 

Optional: berries or pomegranate seeds on top

Method

In a food processor, mix the goat cheese and yogurt until smooth. 

Stir in the honey 

Sprinkle pistachios on top and add more honey!
