Ingredients

Matcha: 

  • 2 tsp matcha ( I used @cymbiotika) + 1/4 cup hot water (whisk together to blend the matcha) 
  • 11 1/2 cups oat milk 
  • 1 serving lavender cold foam (recipe below) 

Lavender Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp lavender petals (I used @anthonysgoods)

Cold Foam:

  • 23 tablespoon vanilla cream (I used vanilla @chobani cream) 
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 12 drops purple food coloring if you want it to be purple! 

Method

Matcha:

  • Whisk the matcha and the hot water together until well mixed 
  • Add ice to a glass + oat milk + matcha 
  • Top with lavender cold form 

Lavender Syrup:

  • Add ingredients to a small pot and heat over low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar fully dissolves.
  • Turn off heat and cover.
  • Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain out the lavender petals
  • Let cool before use or store in an air tight container 

Cold Foam:

  • 2-3 tablespoon vanilla cream (I used vanilla @chobani cream) 
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1-2 drops purple food coloring if you want it to be purple!
