Ingredients
Matcha:Â
- 2 tsp matcha ( I used @cymbiotika) + 1/4 cup hot water (whisk together to blend the matcha)Â
- 1–1 1/2 cups oat milkÂ
- 1 serving lavender cold foam (recipe below)Â
Lavender Syrup:
- 1 cup sugarÂ
- 1 cup waterÂ
- 2 tbsp lavender petals (I used @anthonysgoods)
Cold Foam:
- 2–3 tablespoon vanilla cream (I used vanilla @chobani cream)Â
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup
- 1–2 drops purple food coloring if you want it to be purple!Â
Method
Matcha:
- Whisk the matcha and the hot water together until well mixedÂ
- Add ice to a glass + oat milk + matchaÂ
- Top with lavender cold formÂ
Lavender Syrup:
- Add ingredients to a small pot and heat over low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar fully dissolves.
- Turn off heat and cover.
- Steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender petals
- Let cool before use or store in an air tight containerÂ
Cold Foam:
- 2-3 tablespoon vanilla cream (I used vanilla @chobani cream)Â
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup
- 1-2 drops purple food coloring if you want it to be purple!
