Ingredients
Brown Sugar Syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
Shaken Espresso:
2–3 shots espresso ( I brewed mine in my nespresso)
2 tbsp of the brown sugar syrup
Cinnamon (just a sprinkle or two)
Ice
Method
Brown Sugar Syrup:
Add water and coconut sugar to a pot over low heat
Simmer until combined
Let cool (you can just stick it in the fridge)
I store this in a jar. It lasts for 2 weeks in the fridge!
Shaken Espresso:
Shake espresso, cinnamon, and brown sugar syrup together
Add ice
Shake
Pour into a cup
Add oat milk
Then I topped with cold oatmilk foam but whipped cream is also tasty!
