What you need for this recipe:
Chia seeds
milk of choice
blueberries
yogurt
peanut butter
vanilla protein
cinnamon
jar with a lid
Toppings:
I added vegan yogurt, peanut butter, and more blueberries on top! Granola would also be tasty. You can add in any fruit you want to this recipe, it goes well with some many different things!

Overnight Vegan Blueberry Chia Pudding. A healthy, vegan, plant based, gluten free breakfast that is easy to meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein ( I used ritual )
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup warmed or mashed blueberries (helps them blend in better)
Method
- In a jar that has a lid, add the almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein, cinnamon and blueberries
- Shake up and refrigerate overnight
- Topped the next morning with yogurt + warmed blueberries + organic peanut butter!
