Red or Green Apple

Coconut oil

Almond flour

Maple Syrup

Coconut Sugar

Cinnamon

Small Baking Dish

Recipe Tips:

Make sure you grease whatever small baking dish you use well before adding the apples! It just helped prevent the apples from sticking. You can use non stick spray or you can grease it with olive oil and a paper towel.

I haven’t tested this single serving recipe as a regular sized recipe yet but I’ll update if I do! I feel like it will work out but you never know with recipes.
