I feel like that always happens to me, I discover something new at Trader Joe’s and get inspired. Trying new food always gives me a lot of inspo which is a great excuse to always try new food haha.

Ingredients
5–6 cups of watermelon, cubed (about 1/2 of a regular sized watermelon)
1 tbsp chili lime seasoning/tajin
1–2 jalapeños, thinly sliced & de-seeded
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup red onion, diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir together
Serve & enjoy!
Makes enough for about 6-7 servings!
