2 slices of bread 

1 oz goat cheese 

34 slices of bacon 

2 strawberries, sliced

Handful of arugula


Lightly toast the bread in a little oil or butter 

Then assemble the sandwich 

Cook in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted 


This makes 1 sandwich
