Watermelon fries with yogurt dip, the perfect summer snack! This yogurt dip is so easy, only 3 ingredients. And not crazy weird ingredients that you’ve never heard of. Sometimes I see recipes that look good and then I look at the ingredients and have never heard of them haha. I grew up in a small town in Missouri that didn’t have a ton of options for grocery stores. I like to keep my recipes simple and accessible. This dip only needs greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey. That’s it! Plus the watermelon and you’ve got a delicious, healthy snack.
3 Ingredient Yogurt Dip:
This dip is also nice because it’s high in protein. I envision everyone making this snack for a pool day or lake day so we need some fuel to get through, right? I find having some protein in snacks keeps me fuller in between meals. Aka keeps the hanger at bay which is important because who wants to be in a bad mood on a sunny summer day?
Vegan Option:
If you’re vegan, let’s talk about making this recipe vegan. The easy sub is to use a vegan greek yogurt. For the honey, you can use agave instead! Super easy and keeps the recipe vegan friendly.

- 1/2 watermelon cut into slices
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime

- Slice the watermelon into fries
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and lime juice
