Brown Sugar Pumpkin Shaken Espresso
Pumpkin Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso 🎃☕️ I have been making this syrup on repeat, I feel like we can never have enough on hand!
Ingredients
Pumpkin Brown Sugar Syrup :
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Other:
2 shots of espresso
1–2 cups ice
Oat milk
Method
- Combine brown sugar + pumpkin purée + water + pumpkin pie spice + vanilla in a small pot
- Whisk together
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
For the drink:
In a shaker, combine ice + 2 tbsp pumpkin brown sugar syrup + 2 shots of espresso
Shake
Pour into a glass + add milk to taste
That makes one drink but this makes enough syrup for about 4-5 drinks!
