This is such a good fall coffee drink recipe: Brown Sugar Pumpkin Shaken Espresso! I make this with my homemade coffee syrup that has simple, minimal ingredients. It’s a perfect Starbucks copycat! This way, you can have a fancy coffee drink at home or on the go. The syrup in this recipe makes enough for several servings so you’ll be set for the week! This coffee has all the best fall flavors: pumpkin, brown sugar, spices…delicious! I highly recommend serving this in a cute fall glass for extra fun. So easy to make, too. Ingredients

Pumpkin Brown Sugar Syrup :

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup pumpkin purée

1 cup water

1 tsp vanilla

Other:

2 shots of espresso

12 cups ice 

Oat milk

Method

  • Combine brown sugar + pumpkin purée + water + pumpkin pie spice + vanilla in a small pot 
  • Whisk together 
  • Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally 

For the drink: 

In a shaker, combine ice + 2 tbsp pumpkin brown sugar syrup + 2 shots of espresso 

Shake 

Pour into a glass + add milk to taste 

That makes one drink but this makes enough syrup for about 4-5 drinks!
