It’s made with real pumpkin, too! You just put everything in a blender and pour to serve. This would make a great cocktail idea for the holidays or for a fun girls’ brunch. Ingredients

2 ounces brewed espresso (frozen) 

1 ounce vodka 

1.5 ounces coffee liqueur 

12 ounce pumpkin coffee creamer 

1 tbsp pumpkin purée

Method

  1. Pour espresso into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid
  2. Combine the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, pumpkin purée, vodka, and coffee creamer in a blender. Blend until smooth. This makes 1 drink, double to make 2!
