Protein Sheet Pan Pancakes
Protein Packed Sheet Pan Pancakes! A great recipe for meal prep too. These aren’t super sweet so add a little more sugar or top with maple syrup to sweeten!
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
Sprinkle of salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, melted butter
- Add in the flour + sugar + protein powder + baking powder + cinnamon + salt
- Whisk well
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper
- Spread the mixture over the sheet pan and press it down to even it out
- Add fruit or whatever toppings you want
- Bake for 15-18 minutes
- Remove, let cool, slice, & enjoy!
This makes 8 servings!
