Chicken Caesar Salad Flatbreads
10 Minute Chicken Caesar Flatbreads. This lunch has been on repeat over here. It’s so simple and so good. New mission, turn all of my favorite salads into flatbreads 👌🏻
Ingredients
2 flatbreads of choice
2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 package of caesar salad kit
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Brush the flatbreads with olive oil, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add shredded, cooked chicken on top
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is toasted
- While it bakes, make the Caesar salad kit. Chop it up if it has bigger lettuce pieces, I find it easier to eat!
- After the flatbread is done, remove from the oven and top with the Caesar salad
- Enjoy!
