Ingredients
Pecan topping:
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle spice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Sprinkle of salt
Salmon:
- About 1–1.25 pounds of salmon
- little olive oil
Method
- Chop all the pecan topping ingredients together in a food processor.
- Pulse until the pecans are finely chopped
- About 1-1.25 pounds of salmon (one large fillet, about 3 slices)
- Brush a little olive oil on the salmon
- Coat the salmon with your mixture, use a knife to evenly spread it out.
- Air fry for about 13-14 minutes at 400F or
- Bake for 13-15 minutes 400F in the oven depending on thickness.
