Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon (Gluten free, healthy)

Ingredients

Pecan topping:

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Chipotle spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of salt

Salmon:

  • About 11.25 pounds of salmon
  • little olive oil

Method

  1. Chop all the pecan topping ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the pecans are finely chopped
  3. About 1-1.25 pounds of salmon (one large fillet, about 3 slices)
  4. Brush a little olive oil on the salmon
  5. Coat the salmon with your mixture, use a knife to evenly spread it out.
  6. Air fry for about 13-14 minutes at 400F or
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes 400F in the oven depending on thickness.
  8. Enjoy!
