Bacon & Butternut Squash Flatbreads

Flatbreads are one of my favorite foods to make because they are easy and you can customize them with so many different kinds of flavors depending on what you are in the mood for! This bacon & butternut squash flatbread is the perfect fall recipe. If you are a pizza lover, this one’s for you. Even better, you get a lot of extra nutrients and veggies with these fresh, healthy ingredients. It might sound strange at first, but the butternut squash, kale, brussels sprouts bacon, hot honey, and mozzarella make the best combination.

This air fryer pizza grilled cheese is ready in 10 minutes and is drool worthy! This sandwich is crispy and perfect to dip in some marinara sauce. I mean, sandwiches are amazing and so is pizza so why not combine them into one?! I made this in the air fryer but you could make it in the skillet as well.

BBQ Tofu Bowls with Avocado Tahini Dressing

These bbq tofu bowls with avocado tahini dressing are such an easy plant based and vegan dinner. And you can have leftovers for lunch the next day! This dressing is super easy to make and really takes these bowls to the next level. You can also add a ranch, that would be tasty too! I added avocado, onion, corn, and tomatoes to these bowls as well. You could make these into wraps, tacos, so many options besides bowls. Add on top of a bowl of rice or quinoa too.

Bacon & Butternut Squash Flatbreads

The best fall flatbread! Butternut squash, kale, brussels sprouts bacon, hot honey, mozzarella pizza. Perfect for fall! This is a must make for fall if you’re a pizza fan

2 flatbreads of choice 

Olive oil 

1 cup kale

1 cup Brussels sprouts 

3/4 cup chopped butternut squash 

4 slices of cooked bacon 

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Hot honey


Preheat oven to temp for whatever crust you’re using 

Coat the butternut with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes (depending on what you put the oven at for the crust, this was at 425F) 

Repeat the same for the Brussels sprouts Bake the bacon for 15-20 minutes depending on what you set the oven temp to 

Once the crust, squash, and bacon are done cooking, add olive oil + mozzarella + kale + cooked squash + bacon to the crust 

Cook until the cheese is melted 

Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
