Slightly spicy, packed with flavor. These buffalo chicken flatbreads are a fun twist on a classic recipe. I’ve been loving buffalo chicken everything – it’s seriously so good! We can’t get enough in our house. These easy flatbreads will be a perfect weeknight meal and they make great leftovers for lunch! Red onion 

Kale 

Mozzarella cheese 

Blue cheese 

Ground chicken

Hot sauce

Ingredients

4 flatbreads 

Olive oil 

1/2 red onion 

1 1/2 cup chopped kale 

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese 

Blue cheese 

Buffalo chicken

1 lb ground chicken 

1/2 cup hot sauce 

1/4 cup mayo 

2 tsp garlic powder 

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Heat a pan over medium heat 

Add olive oil 

Add ground chicken + spices 

Sauté until browned (about 5-7 minutes) 

Add hot sauce and mayo and stir 

Drizzle olive oil on the flatbreads

Add buffalo chicken 

Add cheese 

Add sliced onions and chopped kale 

Bake at 400F until the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes) 

Remove and enjoy! Add the blue cheese and more hot sauce on top!
