Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup m&ms
Method
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs
- Then add in everything except the m&ms
- Mix well
- Then fold in the m&ms
- Grease a cast iron skillet or brownie pan
- Bake at 350F for 25-27 minutes
- Let cool and then slice
- Enjoy!
