Sugar Cookie Latte

I love my coffee drinks and of course Starbucks! This recipe for a sugar cookie latte will give you your fancy drink fix for a fraction of the cost – it’s so festive and fun. The syrup will last you a long time, too! Plus, having it at home saves a lot of time spent going out to get a latte. This is one of my favorite coffees to make, and I really like it even better than something I’d get at the coffee shop because I can customize it just how I want it. Can’t wait for you to try it!

What You Will Need:

Coconut Sugar

Water

Vanilla

Butter extract

Espresso 

Milk of choice

Sugar Cookie Latte

Let’s save some money and make your favorite Starbucks drink at home! You can make a big batch of this sugar cookie syrup to use for 2 weeks for a fraction of what it costs to get a coffee out!

Ingredients

Sugar Cookie Syrup:

(Makes enough for 4 drinks) 

1/4 cup coconut sugar 

1/4 cup water 

3 tsp vanilla 

1/2 tsp butter extract

Sugar cookie latte:

12 tbsp sugar cookie syrup 

2 oz espresso 

1 cup milk of choice

Method

Sugar Cookie Syrup:

Add everything to a small pot and heat over medium heat until combined. It should only take a few minutes! 

Remove from heat, let cool, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

 

Sugar Cookie Latte:

Stir together 

Frothed milk on top + sprinkles
