Ingredients
Blackened fish:
* 3 filets of your favorite white fish
* 1 tbsp oil
* 1 tbsp taco seasoning
Spicy mayo:
* ¼ cup mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
Others:
Cabbage
Rice
Jalapeños
Mango
Avocado
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all the ingredients for the spicy mayo in a small bowl. Combine well.
- Sprinkle half of the taco seasoning on one side of the filets and rub it in. Flip the filets, sprinkle the other half of seasoning and rub in again. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Cut it into bite sized portions.
- Assemble the bowls with whatever add ins and toppings you want!
- This makes enough for about 3 servings!
