Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet


  • 1 1/5 lbs chicken breast (about 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 white onion
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/21 packet of ranch seasoning (depends on how much ranch flavor you want)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing of choice
  • 1/2 cup spinach


  1. Heat your sauté pan over medium heat
  2. Add the bacon & cook for about 6 minutes
  3. While the bacon cooks, dice the onion & chicken
  4. remove the bacon & leave the bacon grease in the pan
  5. add the diced onion & sauté 1-2 minutes
  6. then add the chicken in
  7. add the ranch seasoning on top
  8. sauté for 6-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked to 165F
  9. while it cooks, chop the Brussels sprouts
  10. Remove the onion & the chicken
  11. add the Brussels and cover with the lid.
  12. Cook for 6-7 minutes, until they are soft.
  13. Add a little water if needed to soften them.
  14. then add back in the chicken, bacon, and add the spinach
  15. stir together for about 1 minute, add the ranch dressing, and it’s done!
  16. let cool before adding the to meal prep containers
  17. I paired mine with rice! Makes 4-5 meals
