I need to do a quick google search to figure that out before I go around saying that though haha.

Mini Vegan Peach Crisps (gluten free, 5 ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp applesauce

Method

  1. Slice the peaches
  2. Add to 2 small greased ramekins
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar + cinnamon
  4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
  5. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, and applesauce. Mix until a crumble forms
  6. Remove the peaches from the oven, sprinkle the mixture on top, bake for 7-8 more minutes
  7. Remove and add yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream, etc on top!
  8. Makes 2
