You can’t go wrong either way! I love peaches right now, I honestly don’t know what exactly is peach season but I feel as though July is peak peach month. I need to do a quick google search to figure that out before I go around saying that though haha.

Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp applesauce
Method
- Slice the peaches
- Add to 2 small greased ramekins
- Sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar + cinnamon
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, and applesauce. Mix until a crumble forms
- Remove the peaches from the oven, sprinkle the mixture on top, bake for 7-8 more minutes
- Remove and add yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream, etc on top!
- Makes 2
