These no bake chocolate donut holes are vegan and paleo! I think at this point, half of the recipes on my blog are donut recipes… In my dream world, I’d open a donut shop and just make amazing donut variations every day! What You Need For This Recipe:

Nut Butter

Coconut Flour

Chocolate Collagen or Protein

Maple Syrup

Coconut Butter

Almond Milk

Recipe Tips:

You can use any nut butter you want! I personally used cashew butter- I love the taste and texture in this recipe. If you’re nut free, I love Granola Butter.

To keep this plant based, use a vegan chocolate protein powder.

No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes (vegan, paleo, gluten free), Made with only 4 main ingredients!

No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes (vegan, paleo, gluten free)

Ingredients

Donut Holes:

1/2 cup nut butter of choice 

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp chocolate collagen or protein

Icing:

2 tbsp coconut butter

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

In a bowl, mix together:

nut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, chocolate collagen/protein

Mix it all together then roll into balls.

Makes about 8-9

Line a plate with parchment paper and place the balls on it.

Put them in the fridge for about an hour, let them firm up.

For the icing:

Mix together coconut butter, almond milk, maple syrup

Microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it liquid.

Dip the donut holes into the icing

Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes- 1 hour to let the icing harden.

Store in the fridge or freezer!
