Sore Throat Popsicles
A sick day must have! Prep a big batch of these sore throat popsicles to have on hand when you’re feeling under the weather.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp ginger
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a jar or bowl, and mix until combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds or sleeves.
Place the popsicle molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
