Made with all fresh ingredients like honey and oranges, these will give your immune system the vitamins it needs and will soothe your dry, scratchy throat at the same time. Having a cold is the worst! But these refreshing popsicles can definitely help keep you hydrated and calm irritation. I highly recommend keeping some in the freezer!

Sore Throat Popsicles

A sick day must have! Prep a big batch of these sore throat popsicles to have on hand when you’re feeling under the weather.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tsp turmeric 

Pinch of black pepper 

1 tsp ginger 

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a jar or bowl, and mix until combined. 


Pour mixture into popsicle molds or sleeves. 


Place the popsicle molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
