Sore Throat Popsicles

These sore throat popsicles are a new sick day must-have! I like to prep a big batch of these to have on hand when you’re feeling under the weather – especially during cold season or allergy season. Made with all fresh ingredients like honey and oranges, these will give your immune system the vitamins it needs and will soothe your dry, scratchy throat at the same time. Having a cold is the worst! But these refreshing popsicles can definitely help keep you hydrated and calm irritation. I highly recommend keeping some in the freezer!
