Spicy Brussel Sprouts

I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve made this recipe 5 times in the last 2 weeks… I can’t even tell you how many pounds of Brussel sprouts I’ve consumed haha. Trust me- these spicy Brussel sprouts are ADDICTING!! My stepdad tried them today. He is pretty much a strictly meat and potatoes eater and he said they were better than chicken wings 😉

These brussel sprouts are pretty spicy so if you aren’t a huge spicy fan- use less sriracha. If you are a spicy fan- you just might beat my record of making these 5 times in 2 weeks because you’ll be obsessed! Made with avocado oil, sriracha, honey, garlic, and coconut aminos. Only 5 ingredients, gluten free, and soooo tasty!

I just discovered sriracha a few weeks ago and I’ve been adding it to EVERYTHING haha. Anyone else get obsessed with something and use it in everything?! Please tell me I’m not the only weirdo out here..

I may have had almost an entire bottle of sriracha to myself in the past few weeks but it’s worth it because I came up with this bomb spicy Brussel sprouts recipe 😉

Add the brussel sprouts into a big bowl, add in all the spices and oil, mix it all with a spatula, spread it over a pan, bake for 45 mins, and enjoy!! Good luck not devouring them right then and there 😉

I love using coconut aminos instead of soy sauce in recipes because they’re packed with amino acids and gluten free! You can find them a lot of places now, I grab mine from Trader Joe’s. Use them in your favorite stir fry recipes too!
