Spinach and Feta Chicken Burgers
These spinach and feta chicken burgers are so tasty and pair perfectly with some french fries. A great easy, healthy dinner for the spring and summer. I made these on the stovetop but you could put them on the grill too! We haven’t pulled our grill out just yet but I’m so excited to start grilling and making all the tasty grilled foods. For now, these stovetop burgers will do!
If you normally make burgers with turkey, trust me and switch to ground chicken. I like using it a lot more than ground turkey in recipes. I think the texture is less dry and they’re easier to make! You can definitely make these with turkey though if you don’t have ground chicken. Both are great options depending on what you have on hand!
What You Need For This Recipe:
ground chicken
feta
spinach
egg
onion
garlic powder
paprika
salt
pepper
chili powder
oven safe skillet

Ingredients
Chicken Burgers:
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Method
Whisk the egg then add everything else in
Form 7-8 small burgers
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Add some olive oil
Add the burgers and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cook until the internal temp is 165F, you can add them to the oven at the end for a few minutes.
