Broccoli Cheddar Egg Bake
A high protein breakfast perfect for the entire family. Packed with vegetables, this broccoli cheddar egg bake is a delicious healthy breakfast to start the day!
Ingredients
8 eggs
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
1/2 cup milk of choice ( I used whole milk)
3 cups broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 cup cheese of choice ( I used cheddar)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a pan, add a little oil. Add spinach, oil, and broccoli
Sauté for 4- 5 minutes
Then in a bowl, whisk the eggs then add in bacon + milk + cheese + spices
Add cooked veggies
Line a pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes
Remove and let cool
