Birthday Cake Overnight Oatmeal

I know, another overnight oats recipe. I’m a kick, what can I say. They’re so easy to make and prep a bunch for the week! My husband is now a big fan of them too so I’ve been getting even more creative with the recipes! This birthday cake overnight oatmeal recipe is so tasty, it tastes like vanilla cake in oat form! Plus it’s vegan and gluten free. I like to prep these on Sunday and eat them all week long!

What You Need For This Recipe:

Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Oat Milk (Or any milk)


Vanilla Protein

Cashew Butter

Maple Syrup


Jar with a lid

Recipe Tips:

Make sure you store this in a jar or container with a lid so you’re able to shake things up. Also you can add more milk to them the next morning. I eat them cold but you can easily warm them up! Eating them cold, straight out of the jar is probably the easiest homemade breakfast ever. It helps save us money on protein bars, that’s for sure!

I topped my oats with more banana, cashew butter, Culina Vegan yogurt, and Safe and Fair Birthday Cake granola. There are lots of toppings options that would taste great on these oats! Fruit, chopped nuts, nut butter, granola, yogurt, heck even whipped cream would be so fun! Frozen greek yogurt would make it taste even more like dessert. I’m all about dessert for breakfast haha. These birthday cake overnight oats are delicious on their own too!

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Sprinkles


Add everything into a jar 

Put the lid on and shake up

Refrigerate overnight 

Good for 4-5 days in the fridge! 

Add toppings!
