Ingredients

12 mini  tortillas 

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 

3/4 cup pesto of choice 

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced tomatoes 

2 tbsp chopped basil 

Method

In a bowl, add the shredded chicken + pesto and stir together. 

Grease a 12 cup muffin tin then add a tortilla to each tin.

Press the tortilla into a cup shape then add pesto chicken, tomatoes, & mozzarella to each cup. 

Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes 

Remove, top with chopped basil, let cool, & enjoy!
