Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips + Cream Cheese Dip! If you’re looking for a sweet appetizer, I am in love with this combo. It takes less than 15 minutes to make and omg is it drool worthy!
Ingredients
Tortilla Chips:
* 8 tortillas (I used siete chips)
* 1/3 cup melted butter
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla
Cream cheese dip:
* 1, 8 ounce block cream cheese
* 1 tsp Vanilla
* 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Line a sheet pan or two with parchment paper, depending on their size.
- Cut a tortilla into 6 or 8 slices, repeat for each tortilla. You can cut multiple at once, just stack on top of each other
- Add the tortilla chips to a bowl and coat with the melted butter. Stir well then coat with cinnamon, sugar, & vanilla
- Shake and stir to combine
- Add the tortilla chips to the baking sheets and don’t overlap them. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes, check, and then bake for a few more minutes until they look a little toasted. You want to keep an eye on them at the end so they don’t burn!
- Remove and let cool a little before serving.
Cream cheese:
For the cream cheese dip, add the cream cheese to a stand mixer (you can also use a hand mixer) and add the vanilla. Mix a bit then you’ll want to slowly mix in the powdered sugar.
