Crockpot Marry Me Chicken 💍 I’ve been seeing so many delicious marry me chicken recipes so I wanted to create a healthier, crockpot version! It’s creamy, so flavorful, and the perfect weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp tapioca starch
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Spices:
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk the chicken broth and tapioca starch together. Whisk until combined. Add into the slow cooker.
- Then add the coconut cream & spices. Whisk together.
- Add the chicken, & sundried tomatoes
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 6-7
- Serve with rice, potatoes, or enjoy on its own.!
