Apple Cider Sangria

This apple cider sangria is THE fall cocktail! It would make a perfect drink recipe for the holiday season. I know I’ll be putting this on my Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving menus. This easy drink recipe is made with minimal ingredients and is basically fall in a glass: apple, maple, cinnamon. Delicious! I love having sangria this time of year and this is my favorite twist on it to date. Just put everything in a pitcher, stir together, and let it sit overnight in the fridge – and you are good to go! 

Caramel Apple Nachos

These caramel apple nachos are a perfect fall snack or dessert! It’s a great “sweet treat” for those holiday cravings. They are so easy to whip up and would make a great movie snack on a chilly night when you want something quick. The flavors are SO good – salty, sweet, and tart. This would also be a great after-school snack for kids! You’ll have to let me know if you try this fun fall snack (or dessert!). I’m going to be making it on repeat. Apples are in season this time of year, so it’s be best time to incorporate them into your recipe lineup.

This vegan and gluten free caramel apple crisp will make your house smell amazing. It’s a simple dessert perfect for fall. I love baking goods that make your whole home smell all cinnamony and feel cozy. I love cinnamon apples so much for this reason. These are topped with an easy crumble and then drizzled with caramel sauce.

These apple streusel muffins are the perfect fall breakfast! They are a fall must have- a cozy baked good with lots of cinnamon! What more do you need once the weather starts cooling down? Well hopefully it does eventually, it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet in Missouri. That doesn’t stop me from making all the fall goods though!

Samoa Apple Cookies

Samoa Apple Cookies 🍎 

These are SO easy to make and are my new favorite fall dessert/snack!

Ingredients

2 apples 

½ cup almond butter 

½ cup coconut Flakes 

1/4 cup coconut sugar 

1/4 cup chocolate chips 

1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

Remove the core from the apple + slice the apples into about 6-8 slices 

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the almond butter, coconut flakes, & coconut sugar. Stir to combine 

In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together 

Place the apples on a plate lined with parchment paper 

Spread the almond butter mixture on each slice 

Drizzle with chocolate and add coconut flakes on top 

Place in the fridge for 15 minutes, until the chocolate has dried.
