1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
Sprinkle of cayenne
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
Avocado Dressing:
1 ripe avocado
juice of 1 lemon

Bacon

Method
- Peel the shrimp
- Add to a bowl with the spices
- Let marinate for 10-15 minutes
- While the shrimp marinades, bake the bacon at 400F for about 15 minutes.
- Also boil the eggs. I boiled 4 for 8 minutes.
- Once the shrimp is marinaded, add to a pan heated over medium heat with a little olive oil
- Cook for 4-5 minutes
- While the shrimp cooks, add the dressing ingredients to a food processor.
- Then assemble the salads! This makes enough for about 4 salads.
