These air fryer french toast sticks are a fun, healthier breakfast or brunch recipe! These would be fun to make for a Saturday brunch at home or a holiday like Mother’s Day. You can have a toppings bar full of dippings sauces and different sides to top the french toast with. What I love about them is they don’t take long to make at all! Ingredients
French Toast:
2 slices of bread cut into sticks (1 slice is about 4-5 sticks)
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon sugar topping:
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Whisk the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Dip the stick in the egg mixture and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat for each stick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350F
- Add the sticks to it (I greased mine so they didn’t stick)
- Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Topped with powdered sugar and used a bunch of sides for dipping options!
